Dragon Towns Public Operations Closure Notice

Last updated: 26 June 2026

Dragon Towns public operations, campaign features, and active development have been suspended indefinitely.

This notice applies to the Dragon Towns website, wallet verification flow, pre-registration records, campaign records, Legacy Dragons purchases, historical withdrawal functionality, and all related promotional, launch-related, or reward-related features.

1. Accepted Terms, website notices, and user acknowledgement

Access to Dragon Towns, wallet verification, pre-registration, campaign participation, and related website features were subject to the Dragon Towns Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, Campaign Rules, website notices, and transaction terms then in effect.

Users could not complete registration or participate in Dragon Towns campaign features without accepting the applicable terms. By registering, verifying a wallet, using campaign features, participating in quests or referrals, or completing an optional purchase flow, each user acknowledged and accepted the Dragon Towns Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, Campaign Rules, website notices, and transaction terms then in effect.

From the beginning, the Dragon Towns website also displayed the following financial risk and no-guarantee notice as a permanent website footer:

“This website does not provide financial advice and does not guarantee income, profit, token value, or future rewards.”

This notice was visible as part of the website experience and reflected the intended nature of Dragon Towns as an entertainment, digital collectible, and game-related project, not a financial, investment, income, token-value, or guaranteed-reward product.

2. Nature of Dragon Towns

Dragon Towns was an entertainment-focused digital collectible and game-related project under active development.

Dragon Towns was not offered, operated, or marketed as:

- a bank;
- an exchange;
- a broker;
- a custodial wallet provider;
- a money transmission service;
- a payment institution;
- a staking platform;
- a yield product;
- an investment fund;
- a deposit-taking service;
- a securities offering;
- a collective investment scheme;
- a profit-sharing arrangement;
- a guaranteed-return product;
- a token-value product;
- or a regulated financial service.

Dragon Towns did not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, trading, or token valuation advice.

Users were responsible for reading the applicable terms, reviewing the website notices, understanding the entertainment and digital collectible nature of the project, reviewing any wallet confirmation screen, verifying the domain and transaction details, and evaluating the risks of any blockchain-related interaction before participating.

3. Legacy Dragons purchases and delivery

Legacy Dragons were sold as digital entertainment / collectible items connected to the Dragon Towns ecosystem.

Legacy Dragons were not sold, offered, marketed, or represented as investments, securities, financial instruments, deposits, yield-bearing products, guaranteed-value assets, redeemable balances, customer account balances, stored-value instruments, claims against project funds, or rights to future payments.

Each Legacy Dragons purchase was optional and required a separate wallet-confirmed transaction. Users were responsible for reviewing the website, wallet confirmation screen, transaction amount, wallet address, item details, and applicable terms before approving any transaction.

Legacy Dragons purchased through the Dragon Towns website were delivered or made available to the purchasing wallet/account immediately after purchase. Once a Legacy Dragon was delivered or made available to the purchasing wallet/account, the corresponding digital collectible purchase was completed according to the purchase flow shown at the time of transaction.

The purchase, ownership, holding, or receipt of a Legacy Dragon did not create any right to:

- guaranteed income;
- guaranteed profit;
- guaranteed appreciation;
- guaranteed resale value;
- guaranteed liquidity;
- guaranteed marketplace activity;
- guaranteed token allocation;
- guaranteed DRAGON value;
- guaranteed game launch;
- guaranteed future utility;
- guaranteed future rewards;
- guaranteed referral rewards;
- guaranteed quest rewards;
- guaranteed buyback;
- guaranteed refund;
- guaranteed redemption;
- or any guaranteed financial outcome.

4. Historical withdrawals

During earlier campaign phases, while withdrawal functionality was active, Dragon Towns successfully processed withdrawals for hundreds of users who satisfied the applicable eligibility, verification, anti-abuse, technical, and availability conditions in effect at the time.

These historical withdrawals demonstrate that certain campaign and withdrawal functions operated during the period in which they were active. They do not create, and were not represented as creating, any general, continuing, unconditional, transferable, or guaranteed right for any user to a future withdrawal, token, reward, payment, distribution, balance, redemption, refund, or financial return.

A completed withdrawal by one user did not create an entitlement, reliance claim, priority claim, balance claim, custody claim, deposit claim, or repayment claim for any other user.

Withdrawal availability, eligibility, amounts, timing, technical operation, anti-abuse review, supported locations, and final processing were always subject to campaign rules, verification, product readiness, system availability, security controls, abuse prevention, platform policies, and legal compliance.

Following the suspension of Dragon Towns public operations, all withdrawal, claim, mint, distribution, and reward-related features have been disabled.

5. Campaign records, DRAGON records, and launch-related features

Dragon Towns IDs, Founder Egg reservations, pending DRAGON records, campaign points, referral records, quest records, leaderboard records, eligibility records, launch reward references, and similar entries were promotional and conditional campaign records.

They were not customer deposits, not withdrawable account balances, not stored-value balances, not on-chain balances during pre-registration, not transferable entitlements, not securities, not financial instruments, and not guaranteed claims to any token, asset, payment, distribution, reward, value, or future benefit.

Under the accepted Terms of Use and Campaign Rules, all campaign features, final delivery, reward amounts, supported locations, claim timing, launch scope, technical availability, and eligibility remained subject to product readiness, verification, abuse prevention, platform policies, security requirements, and legal compliance.

No user obtained a guaranteed right to any token, claim, reward, launch distribution, withdrawal, financial return, market value, resale value, liquidity, or future product feature by registering, referring users, verifying a wallet, completing quests, holding a Dragon Towns ID, holding a Founder Egg reservation, holding a pending DRAGON record, participating in a campaign, receiving a historical withdrawal, or purchasing a Legacy Dragon.

6. Project status and disabled features

Dragon Towns experienced technical, operational, infrastructure, and launch-readiness issues that prevented the team from continuing public operations and active development at the required standard.

As a result, Dragon Towns public operations, campaign features, and active development have been suspended indefinitely.

Effective immediately:

- new registrations are closed;
- new Legacy Dragons sales are closed;
- wallet connection and wallet verification features are disabled;
- campaign quests are disabled;
- referral features are disabled;
- leaderboard and eligibility updates are disabled;
- claim, withdrawal, mint, reward, and distribution-related features are disabled;
- no new payments or user transactions will be accepted through the Dragon Towns website.

The website remains online only for status information, user safety notices, record preservation, access to the Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, Campaign Rules, and official support instructions.

7. No custody, deposit, repayment, redemption, or reserve obligation

Dragon Towns did not hold user payments as deposits, escrow balances, redeemable account balances, pooled investment capital, protected customer funds, stored-value balances, withdrawal balances, or funds held in custody for future repayment or withdrawal.

Payments made for Legacy Dragons were payments for digital collectible items that were delivered or made available to the purchasing wallet/account at or shortly after purchase.

Historical campaign withdrawals, where completed, were processed under the campaign conditions and technical availability applicable at the time. They were not evidence of a custodial account, deposit account, stored-value account, investment account, guaranteed withdrawal balance, or continuing repayment obligation.

Project revenues were used for project-related development, infrastructure, servers, software, design, art, operations, security, marketing, community systems, and launch preparation.

No statement on the website, in the Terms of Use, in the Privacy Notice, in the Campaign Rules, in campaign materials, in footer notices, in social posts, or in the purchase flow created a custody obligation, deposit obligation, escrow obligation, repayment obligation, redemption obligation, buyback obligation, token-value obligation, profit obligation, guaranteed withdrawal obligation, guaranteed launch obligation, or guaranteed reward obligation.

8. Refunds, compensation, and expectation-based claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and subject only to mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded, Dragon Towns does not offer discretionary refunds, compensation, goodwill payments, expectation-based payments, market-based payments, token-value-based payments, or opportunity-loss payments for:

- delivered Legacy Dragons;

- expected launch timing;
- expected resale value;
- expected token value;
- expected liquidity;
- expected marketplace activity;
- expected game features;
- expected appreciation;
- alleged loss of opportunity;
- or alleged future financial outcome.

Dragon Towns does not accept responsibility for speculative, indirect, consequential, expectation-based, token-price-based, resale-value-based, liquidity-based, reward-based, market-based, opportunity-based, or profit-based claims.

This includes, without limitation, claims based on:

- expected DRAGON value;
- expected token distribution;
- expected launch rewards;
- expected game release;
- expected future utility;
- expected resale value;
- expected marketplace activity;
- expected liquidity;
- expected profit;
- expected appreciation;
- expected referral rewards;
- expected quest rewards;
- expected Founder Egg benefits;
- expected withdrawals;
- comparison with users who completed historical withdrawals;
- or alleged loss of opportunity.

Any request submitted through the official support channel will be reviewed only for record verification, duplicate transaction checks, confirmed non-delivery of a purchased Legacy Dragon, unauthorized technical error, security review, or mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

Submission, receipt, investigation, or review of a request does not constitute an admission of liability, debt, refund obligation, custody obligation, repayment obligation, redemption obligation, wrongdoing, fraud, misrepresentation, or legal responsibility.

9. User responsibility

Users were responsible for:

- reading the Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, Campaign Rules, and website notices before participating;

Users must not send private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet passwords, screenshots containing sensitive wallet information, or session credentials.

11. No admission and reservation of rights

This notice is not an admission of wrongdoing, fraud, misrepresentation, liability, debt, custody obligation, deposit obligation, escrow obligation, investment obligation, token obligation, reward obligation, withdrawal obligation, refund obligation, repayment obligation, redemption obligation, or continuing service obligation.

Dragon Towns rejects any characterization of the project, Legacy Dragons, campaign records, pending DRAGON records, Founder Egg reservations, Dragon Towns IDs, historical withdrawals, or website features as guaranteed-return products, investments, securities, deposits, custodial balances, stored-value balances, staking products, yield products, exchange services, broker services, payment services, or financial products.

Dragon Towns reserves all rights, defenses, records, evidence, and remedies under the accepted Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, Campaign Rules, website notices, transaction records, delivery records, historical withdrawal records, and applicable law.

All active campaign, payment, wallet connection, claim, mint, withdrawal, reward, and distribution features have been disabled.
